Anti-COVID measures

• The MIAI-DAY organisation team is following the evolution of the health situation, and the event's organisation will be adapted as necessary.
• A hybrid modality is proposed, it will be possible to attend the event both in face-to-face or remotely. Some speakers will offer their talk via videoconferencing.
• In order to ensure sufficient distance between our guests, we limit the number of people admitted in the auditorium of the Congress Center-WTC to 200.
• Wearing the mask (not provided) is mandatory in all areas of the Congress Centre.
• Hydroalcoholic gel is available in the common areas.
• The traffic flow is directed in such a way as to avoid people crossing each other.
• Lunches will be in the form of individual lunch bags. We will ensure that there is sufficient distance between guests.
• The staff of the WTC-Grenoble will provide advice and support to the MIAI-DAY organisers in implementing sanitary measures and setting up their event. We thank you in advance for carrying them out.
